When I was looking for a letting agent for my property in Hove I already knew I needed someone who would provide a fully managed service. I spoke to a number of agents, many of whom emphasised their low rates. On investigation these rates turned out to be low because they include almost nothing as standard. Bishopsurelets is different. Yes, they seem more expensive on a monthly basis, but everything you’d associate with a managed service is included; finding and vetting new tenants, drafting tenancy agreements, drafting tenancy renewal agreements, end of tenancy wind up, ensuring required safety checks such as gas and electricity are completed on time and at competitive prices. They also utilise an online portal where you can see all your invoices, safety certificates and tenancy agreements. I’d thoroughly recommend Bishopsurelets to anyone wanting a reliable, no fuss service. Julian and Selina have always been very helpful and responsive. Julian at Bishop Sullivan took over the management of our rented house a few years ago in a time where the house was holding quite a lot of damage and issues with damp. In this time Julian and the team were all very communicative, understanding and helpful. They advocated for us with the landlord and really had our backs. We have since left the property after being served with a section 21 because the landlord wanted to refurbish the property.
